How do I reset my password?
Open the Glaze app and tap “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen. Follow the email instructions to create a new password.
How do I report content?
Tap the ••• menu on the post, choose “Report”, and share a short description. Our moderation team reviews every report.
How can I block or mute someone?
Visit the user’s profile, tap the ••• menu, then choose Block or Mute. You can manage blocked users anytime from Settings.
I lost access to my account—what now?
Reach out to support@getglaze.app with your username or the email tied to your account. We’ll guide you through recovery steps.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Manage or cancel anytime from your store account settings—Glaze does not process billing directly.
How do I update my email or username?
Open Settings → Profile. You can edit your display name and profile details there. For email changes, contact support so we can verify ownership.
